Old age goals. I’ve been making moves toward a life that looks a little like this.

It’s barefoot in the grass season again, and my feet are so happy. Takes me back to being a kid again.

When I was growing up and fretting about my hair or my outfit before school, my mom would always say the same thing. “You’ll get home again.”

Trying to find some new perspectives to get out of some old patterns this week.

Another Easter, and we are all still here and healthy. For that I am grateful. But it’s hard to keep the “magic” part alive a year into all this.

It’s been one of those days where life rushes by so fast, so fierce, it’s all you can do to keep standing, to keep one eye open the whole time.

My particular pandemic problem is never being away from my family, so my post- pandemic MO is going to look like a lot of alone time rather than a bunch of socializing.

This collage is No. 50 of 100–I’m halfway there! And I’m proud of myself for making it this far. My lifelong struggle is I don’t stick with things long enough.

We’re now on Plan F for keeping the kids engaged in anything educational this year—we are bribing them with fries.

I want to grow into someone who walks around comfortable in my own skin.
