Magic

Another Easter, and we are all still here and healthy. For that I am grateful. But it’s hard to keep the “magic” part alive a year into all this. We’re dyeing the eggs, we’re hunting the eggs, we’re eating the chocolate bunnies, but I’d give anything for the girls to be able to run around with their cousins and hug their grandparents. I’d give anything to be eating dried-out spiral sliced ham and deviled eggs and strawberry pretzel salad and a cake shaped like a lamb.
